Neural and Muscular Physiology
Research Theme
There are one hundred billion neurons in the mammalian brain. Various cerebral nerve functions are performed as a result of these neurons accurately working together to build a network of neural circuitry. Our department is concerned with elucidating how this system works and uncovering the mechanism of the disease that arises from its malfunctioning.
