It is our great pleasure and honor to extend an invitation to you to participate in the 3rd International Symposium on Physiology and Pharmacology of Temperature Regulation 2009 (PPTR2009) to be held in Matsue, Japan, from July 23 (Thu) to 26 (Sun), 2009. The PPTR2009 will provide an opportunity to review and discuss various topics in the field of thermoregulation from the aspects of physiology, pharmacology and clinical medicine. This symposium took the baton from the series of Pharmacology of Thermoregulation Symposia (1972-1999), the Symposia on Thermal Physiology (run as satellites to the IUPS Congresses; 1972-2000),First Integrated Symposium on Physiology and Pharmacology of Temperature Regulation (2004), and Second International Meeting on Physiology and Pharmacology of Temperature Regulation (2006).Organizers
