Research related to treatment effect estimation and histopathological prognostic factors of malignant solid tumors in respiratory and digestive organs

We are looking into the molecular markers that stipulate tumor malignancy through immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization, making tissue microarrays based on resected specimens of solid malignant tumors in respiratory and digestive organs. 
Also, using biopsy specimens collected pre-op, we are aiming at the discovery of predictive factors for treatment efficacy in relation to Chemotherapy, Tumor Immunotherapy, and Radiation Therapy.
