Application form You can fill in the form found in the Application Guidelines or you can download the file, fill it in, and print it out using two-sided printing.
Examination admission card/

From the application guidebook, write your name, and attach a photo (must be upper body, non-cap, front-facing, taken within three months prior to application) in the designated column.
Certificate of academic results The certificate of academic results must be from the university of graduation, designed and sealed by the dean. Applicants who have completed a master's course at graduate school should submit the certificate of academic results from both university and graduate school. For applicants currently studying who have yet to graduate, we will accept a certificate showing academic results at the point of application.
Graduation certificates The graduation certificate must be from the university of graduation, designed and sealed by the dean. Applicants who have completed a master's course at graduate school should submit graduation certificates from both university and graduate school. For applicants currently studying who have yet to graduate, we will accept a certificate of expected graduation.
Entrance examination fees
Certificate showing proof of transfer

Fill in the necessary items in the designated column of Shimane University’s entrance exam fees transfer request form. You will need your bankbook and personal seal in the case of using any of the following financial institutions:  credit union, agricultural cooperative, financial institutions, and post office. Transfers cannot be made with cash. Please transfer 30,000yen any day before 3 p. m. within the designated period at the relevant institution using the transfer request form. Do not use the ATM. After completing the transfer, please receive the certificate showing proof of transfer, and submit to Shimane University. With the exception of the following cases, the transfer fees cannot be refunded.

  1. The application documentation was submitted but the applicant was not accepted
    We will contact the person in question. Please carry out the necessary procedure by the designated date.
  2. The exam fees were transferred but the application was not made to Shimane University.
  3. The exam fees were mistakenly transferred twice.

For 2 and 3 above, we can refund the transferred exam fee on the request of the person in question.
In the case of a refund, the transfer receipt and the certificate showing proof of transfer are needed, so please keep them in a safe place. Without these documents, the transfer cannot be confirmed, and a refund may not be possible.
