Research Themes

Evaluation of respiratory function by measurement of electrical impedance of the lungs.

Research development on the clinical application of Current Induced Magnetic Tomography.

Details

Evaluation of respiratory / circulatory function of emergency and intensive care patients is important.

EIT (Electrical Impedance Tomography) that carries out measurements of body impedance on patients, allows non-invasive evaluation of respiratory and circulatory function, and we are working towards this kind of clinical application.
Furthermore, we are striving towards the realization of the world’s first CIMT (Current Induced Magnetic Tomography).
