Regarding the payment method for consultation fees and documents including medical certificates:

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, and debit card.

• Weekdays (8:30 a.m.-5:15 p.m.) ⇒ Payment Counters 6 and 7 in the hospital
• Weekdays (8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.) ⇒ Automated Payment Machine (waiting area)
• Weekdays (5:15 p.m.- following day 8:30 a.m.), Sat. Sun. Nat. Hols ⇒ C Ward 1F Emergency Care Center Reception

Choose from the following payment methods:

• Cash payment (Sanin Godo Bank cash corner on the second floor. Also, there is an ATM in the convenience store of the first floor)
• Credit cards (ＪＣＢ、ＶＩＳＡ、ＤＣ、ＭａｓｔｅｒＣａｒｄ、ＮＩＣＯＳ、ＵＣ、Sanin Tsushin)
• Cash card (Ｊ-Ｄｅｂｉｔ)
