ABOUT US

The immune system plays a critical role in maintaining homeostasis of our body and protecting against infections and tumors. Dysregulation of immune responses can lead to a wide range of pathological conditions, including cancer and autoimmune diseases. Our laboratory aims to elucidate novel self-recognition mechanisms within the immune system and to develop innovative immunotherapeutic strategies for the treatment of cancer and autoimmune disorders. In addition, we focus on establishing experimental models that faithfully recapitulate the human immune system. Through these research efforts, we strive to contribute to the advancement of medicine and to the training of skilled professionals in the fields of immunology and oncology.
